Frequently asked questions
This page answers the most common questions quickly. Use the linked guides for full criteria and deeper explanations.
Do you buy screens with broken glass or wear?
Yes, if the LCD/OLED output still works. Broken glass or cosmetic wear do not block the standard buyback flow.
Do you buy fully dead panels?
No. The standard Broken LCD flow is reserved for screens whose display layer remains usable for refurbishment.
How can I quickly check whether the panel is still valid?
The screen should power on, show a readable image and avoid a blocking fault on the display layer itself.
How should I pack the shipment?
Use either bubble pouches by batch or bubble wrap with a reinforced carton, then place the delivery note inside the parcel.
Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no minimum. If the final total stays below EUR 200, shipping costs may be deducted from the final report.
How long does processing take?
Usually 3 to 4 working days after receipt and inspection of the lot.
Important reminder
Buyback value applies to screens with broken glass or wear. The LCD/OLED panel must remain functional to qualify for the Broken LCD workflow.
